How does the diffuser work without water?+
Solaura uses cold-air atomization to break essential oils into a fine micro-mist directly — no water needed. This delivers a stronger, purer scent because the oil is never diluted.
What are the three intensity levels?+
Each level atomizes for 16 seconds, then pauses. Level 1 pauses for 300 seconds (lightest), Level 2 for 180 seconds (default), and Level 3 for 60 seconds (most intense). All run on a 24-hour cycle unless a timer is set.
How do I connect the app?+
Download the "Art Diffuser" app, enable Bluetooth and location services, then tap "Start Adding" to search for your device. You can also scan the Bluetooth QR code on the diffuser for instant pairing.
How do I clean the diffuser?+
Clean every 1-2 months. Wipe the spray nozzle with a cotton swab dipped in 95% alcohol. To deep clean, add 95% alcohol to the empty bottle, run the device for 10-15 minutes, then pour out and let dry before reassembling.
What happens if the device is tilted?+
If tilted beyond 45 degrees, Solaura will sound a "beep-beep" alarm for 10 seconds and stop working. It will resume normal operation once restored to an upright position.
What is the warranty?+
1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects due to manufacturing. This does not include consumables such as oil, or damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
