At Aurora, we want every purchase to feel right. If something isn't working for you, we're here to help.
Our 30-day satisfaction promise
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any Aurora diffuser. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you expected, reach out and we'll make it right.
What's eligible for return?
- Diffusers in their original condition, with original packaging, within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened oil bottles within 30 days of delivery
- Defective items at any time within the warranty period
What's not eligible?
- Opened or partially used oil bottles, for hygiene and product integrity reasons
- Items damaged through misuse, drops, or exposure to water beyond normal use
- Items returned after the 30-day window (unless covered under warranty)
- Final sale items or gift cards
How to start a return?
Email us at [SUPPORT@YOURDOMAIN.COM] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For returns based on preference or change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange rather than return, let us know when you reach out and we'll work with you directly.
