We ship every Aurora order with care.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our [CITY, STATE] fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. / We ship internationally to select countries — rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [SUPPORT@YOURDOMAIN.COM] and we'll investigate with the carrier. For shipments marked as delivered but not received, we ask that you wait 48 hours and check with neighbors before reporting the package as lost.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, though we'll always do what we can to help.
